Today, Chestnut Park West is proud to be taking part in Miles 4 Smiles, an exciting community fundraising event in support of kids’ care at Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN).
Held October 1 at Grand Bend Motorplex, Miles 4 Smiles brings together businesses and community partners from across Waterloo Region for a day of friendly competition, connection and, most importantly, giving back.
And this year, Chestnut Park West is well represented on the track, with three Chestnut Park-related teams competing: Chestnut Park West, Ghent Homes, and Chestnut/JG/Martin/Kurtis.
Racing for a Great Cause
Organized by Ghent Landscape in support of the Waterloo Regional Health Network Foundation, Miles 4 Smiles turns a day at the racetrack into an opportunity to make a meaningful difference for local children and families.
Teams take to the track for practice laps and a two-hour endurance race, with plenty of friendly rivalry along the way. While everyone may be competing for position on the track, they’re all racing toward the same goal: supporting kids’ care in our community.
We’re thrilled to see so many local businesses and organizations getting involved and especially proud to have three Chestnut Park-related teams among the 2026 lineup.
Help Us Support Kids’ Care
You don’t have to be behind the wheel to be part of Miles 4 Smiles.
Chestnut Park’s fundraising page is open for donations, with funds raised supporting kids’ care through Waterloo Regional Health Network. Every contribution helps support healthcare for children and families right here in our community.
