Now entering my 17th year of trading in real estate in Waterloo Region, I have been personally involved with investing in our local market for well over a decade. This experience has led to a strong track record of success in specializing in investment properties and in the local student housing market. I also take great pride in my extensive knowledge of the local residential real estate market. Whether buying or selling, for your own family or as an investment, I have you covered with sound advice, and friendly, prompt service. Please bear in mind that I am fully licensed to trade in real estate Canada-wide, and have extensive industry connections in the United States. Over the course of sixteen full years as a licensed real estate professional, I have been quick to achieve a number of the most widely-respected designations. In 2014, I launched Distinct Homes, a locally based custom building company which specializes in unique residential new-builds and renovations alike.

Lisa is a proud Kitchener native - born and raised. She came into the real estate world already possessing a strong background in business administration and customer service, having spent ten years at Manulife Financial in the client services and lending department and an additional several years helping to administer a local small business. Before joining Chestnut Park West, Lisa served for five years in the real estate industry on a local level with a globally-recognized brand, supporting Realtors, assisting clients and establishing herself as an exceptional deals secretary. In both her career as well as her personal life, Lisa values hard work, honesty, and caring for others.
Kristin Ghent
Guelph Team Lead / REALTOR®
From her own very first steps to those of her children, Kristin's days have been spent in Guelph. A lover of the city and all of its hidden gems, she's got a sharp eye for potential in a tough market, and appreciates the charm that comes along with every Guelph home. As a mom, Kristin understands that a home is a place to unplug, to get messy, and to grow in together. As an investor, landlord and local homeowner, she also understands the power of the financial means that real estate can provide. With 12 years of experience as a Realtor, Kristin has focused on building relationships with her clients so she can find them a home even better than what they've been imagining. Between shuffling her two kids out the door with a jug of coffee in tow and getting in a late night run, Kristin is pouring her heart and soul into delivering a memorable experience for her clients.
Amy Vandenberg
Graphic Designer, Marketing Manager
Amy brings to Chestnut Park West a wealth of knowledge and background in graphic design, having worked with medium to large companies on branding, layout design, websites and UX Design. Prior to joining the CPW team, Amy was the Founder of CuteGecko Inc. design agency, which was subsequently acquired by a large local organization. Focusing on digital design and online marketing integration, CuteGecko's reputation in the region helped it gain respect and top-tier clients. Amy is first and foremost a designer. She has an excellent eye for detail, and is passionate about creating just the right fit for each of Chestnut Park West's talented sales representatives.
Kristi Schout
Coordinator
Kristi has been immersed in a world of real estate and property dealings since her earliest days. The daughter of a Realtor® and land developer, her exposure has lent her a rare insight into how the businesses operates behind the scenes. Born and raised in Kitchener, Kristi moved to Toronto and graduated from the University of Toronto with an honours BSci. in Conservation Biology and Biodiversity. She returned to Kitchener in 2017 to put down roots; purchasing a home and beginning a career in real estate in 2018 as a business manager, administrative assistant and a certified home stager in her own right. In 2020, Kristi obtained her real estate license making her a third generation Realtor®. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the Chestnut Park West team from her experiences on all fronts of the real estate industry.
Morgan Bard
Office Administrator
Morgan is a lifelong resident of Southwestern Ontario; born and raised in Windsor before moving to Waterloo Region with her family in 2012. Morgan joined the Chestnut Park Team in 2019 and has been the office administrator at our Guelph location since Spring 2022. She’s long maintained an interest in elements of the real estate world such as interior design and marketing. When Morgan’s not doing DIY projects in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and going for long walks with her dog.
