In his previous role, Erik served as a Landlord Representative for commercial leasing and renewals for a number of buildings in Kitchener and Waterloo. In an additional role he served as a Research Associate for Coldwell Banker Commercial performing market and data analysis for agricultural, office and multi-use properties.
