About Chad Vrenjak
Chad arrives at Chestnut Park West already possessing a wealth of knowledge and sales experience in the world of Southwestern Ontario real estate. Coming from a real estate family, Chad worked with both his father and brother at a leading commercial brokerage since 2016 before making the decision to join CPW’s seasoned team of residential experts.
While at Cushman and Wakefield, Chad honed his market research and data analysis skillsets, gaining valuable real-world experience in how a successful real estate transaction comes together.
Taking these insights with him to his next venture, Chad served as part of a team of three representatives, selling 500 pre-construction condominium units right here in Waterloo Region and, more recently, helped to launch the residential resale program for three major student-oriented developments: Icon 330 and Society145 in Waterloo, and The Luxe in London.
Chad’s versatility and know-how are sure to be excellent assets available to both his own clients and our wider team here at Chestnut Park West, as he’ll continue to manage Craft Property Group’s highly productive leasing team in coordination with CPW.
