About Jim Lafitte
As a licensed REALTOR®, Jim works in tandem with Darryl Watty to drive the best overall experience for their clients by offering timely and responsive assistance, as he constantly strives to remain on the cutting edge of what is available in the Kitchener-Waterloo real estate market to help clients make enjoyable and profitable real estate decisions. Jim has lived and worked in the Waterloo Region for over 8 years, originally coming to the area to attend Wilfrid Laurier University, and quickly realized that this was a community that he wanted to settle long-term to enjoy the small town feel, with all the amenities that can be enjoyed in a big city. Jim acquired his first real estate acquisition while attending University. Not only purchasing his own investment property, Jim also started his career by working full-time in local residential real estate brokerage and quickly established himself as a go-to staff member for many REALTORS®. Real estate has always been a calling for Jim, and he enjoys his affiliation with the Chestnut Park West brokerage, and his close relationship with Darryl Watty.
